Professional Photographers
Professional photographers are welcome to rent the gardens and grounds at the Ridgway Public Library for private photo sessions. (Does not include access to the Conservatory.)
Casual public use of the grounds by non-professional photographers and visitors is always welcome when the facilities are not privately rented.

Rental Details
Conservatory & Garden Rental Package
- $300 rental for minimum 3 hours
- Additional time available at $100 per hour
- Includes setup and teardown time

All rentals are coordinated through Penn Mountain Event Co. to provide a smooth experience from inquiry to event day.
Insurance & Event Requirements
To help protect both guests and the venue:
- Event insurance is required for all events
- $150 security deposit is required for all events
- Decorations, entertainment, and on-site cooking arrangements must be approved in advance
Penn Mountain Event Co. will guide renters through all requirements during the booking process.
