A Cozy November Skyview Dome Dining Experience in Elk County
The crisp November air settled in as six guests gathered for an unforgettable evening in the Skyview Dome. The intimate event perfectly captured the essence of autumn: cozy, elegant, and full of flavor.
Hosted beneath the beautifully lit dome, the evening featured an incredible four-course menu by The Brew Bank. Charming seasonal décor was brought in by Glitter T. The seamless planning, coordination, and service was executed Jacquie and the Penn Mountain team. Finally, dessert was crafted by Slice of Cake, rounding out a truly memorable dining experience.
The Menu
Course 1: Cranberry Apple Salad
First, A bed of mixed greens topped with goat cheese, sliced apples, cranberries, candied pecans, red onion, and cucumber. Drizzled with a house-made maple balsamic vinaigrette.
Course 2: Butternut Squash Ravioli
Next, the rich butternut squash, whiskey sage compound butter, fried sage leaves, candied pecans, and freshly grated Parmesan.
Course 3: Pan-Seared Salmon
Then for the main course, seared salmon with roasted asparagus risotto, finished with a decadent maître d’ butter.
Course 4: Fresh-Baked Apple Pie
Afterward, a fresh-baked apple pie by Slice of Cake.
