You’ve spent months bringing your wedding vision to life – now it’s time to enjoy every moment without worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes. Our Month-of Coordination package ensures all your plans come together perfectly, so you can simply show up, celebrate, and soak it all in.
What's Included
Before the Wedding
- Initial coordination meeting 6–8 weeks before your wedding
- Review of all vendor contracts and final details
- Communication and confirmation with each vendor
- Creation of a detailed, personalized Wedding Day Timeline & Story Board
- Venue walk-through (if needed)
Wedding Day
- Up to 10–12 hours of on-site coordination
- Management of vendor arrivals, setup, and tear-down
- Cueing ceremony, toasts, and special moments
- Distributing timelines to vendors and wedding party
- Handling décor placement and final touches
- Serving as the main point of contact for vendors and family
- Solving unexpected challenges quietly and efficiently
- Use of our emergency kit (just in case!)
After the Celebration
- Coordination of gift and décor pack-up
- Vendor final payments/tips (if provided by the couple)
- Final venue walkthrough before departure
Investment
Our Month-of Coordination packages typically range from $2,000–$3,000, depending on the size, complexity, and location of your event. Travel fees may apply for events outside the Ridgway/Elk County area.
